Chicken - 200 gms ( boneless)
Honey - 1/3 cup honey
Onion - 1 small ( chopped)
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Teriyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 5- 6 cloves (minced)
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoons
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Method
1. Heat oil in a kadai, saute onions with sesame seeds and garlic.
2. Put chicken pieces and fry till golden brown.
3. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, black pepper powder and salt and saute on high flame till 5 minutes.
Serve warm with rice.
